 Standard Apartments
Each of our apartments are two bedroom and fully self-contained. To
ensure you experience true comfort and convenience, all apartments offer
a spacious living/dining area, full kitchen, separate laundry, bathroom,
two separate bedrooms and private balcony.
Apartments comprise a queen bed in the master bedroom, two single beds
in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge area. Our apartments
can sleep up to six people. Eight of our apartments can be configured in
either 4 singles or 2 doubles. These are available on request and
subject to availability.
The lounge area is decorated with modern furnishings, 2 seater lounge
and armchair, dining room table, television and video. The kitchen is
fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. It is
complete with full size fridge, oven/hot plate, microwave, toaster and
kettle. The laundry is fitted out with washing machine, dryer, iron,
ironing board and vacuum cleaner. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms,
providing the entire apartment with refreshing coolness in the summer
and cosy warmth in the winter.
All apartments have direct dial telephones and modem access. The
Alderney On Hay is a non smoking property, however you are welcome to
use the spacious balconies.
Some of the views from the apartments span the sparkling Swan River and
beautiful central city of Perth. A variety of apartment servicing
options are available on demand.

The Platinum Apartments. If you want to make your stay a little more
special, then the Platinum is for you. Platinum Apartments include all
the features you would expect in a normal hotel room, and extra features
you don't expect, while still incorporating the spaciousness and comfort
of apartment style accommodation.
Platinum Apartments are all two bedroom fully self-contained and will
sleep up to six people. Your Platinum Apartment will be serviced daily
for your convenience. All Platinum Apartments boast extra features such
as a 68cm Flat Screen TV, 48cm Standard TV in the master bedroom, hi-fi
system, DVD Player, Video Player and quality soft furnishings. The
kitchens are fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

to use the spacious balconies. A range of views from the apartments
encompass the sparkling Swan River, beautiful Perth Central city and
extend toward the Darling Ranges in our Perth hills.
